When the sun comes out...

Go out and hike!

When the weather is nice like it has been lately, you've just got to get outside! Need a break from all the studying? Have some free time between classes? Then the trails here on campus are just the thing for you!

One of the best things about our campus are the trees! Stretching over 180 acres, Green River College is surrounded by all kinds of wondrous trees! Walking trails go up and down and all around campus and even pass by the river. There are even paved portions of the trails for wheel chair access. Go on a walk, run, or go for a more strenuous hike through the forest. See the trees, flowers, plants, and wildlife. And be sure to pause a moment at the awe inspiring view of Mount Rainier.
