Don’t
let the cover fool you—"The Yellow Wallpaper" subtly creeps into your head and under
your skin in a way you’re not likely to forget. Also available: the BBC movie adaptation,
viewable online (requires
student number and last name).
For movies, it’s hard to beat the classics—and we have some of them right here, including Alfred Hitchcock’s classic thriller Psycho; Carrie; and (Heere's Johnny!) The Shining, the creepiest movie ever set at an isolated hotel.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg—do a subject search for “horror” in the catalog, if you dare!
